How to report a lost or stolen device?
Losing or having your mobile device stolen can be a stressful situation, but with Lova, your money remains protected. It's important to react promptly and report the lost or stolen device.
Reporting a lost or stolen device
If you have lost your phone or suspect theft, immediately contact our customer support team via:

Our team will:
- Remove the lost device from your account,
- Disable unauthorized access to the application.


New device approval
When logging in on a new device, you will receive an authorization email at the address you registered with on the Lova platform. Account access will only be enabled after you click the confirmation link in the email.
This mechanism also applies to:
- lost devices,
- stolen devices,
- replacing an old phone with a new one.
It is extremely important that you have access to your email account, as it represents a key security layer.
