Registration and Verification
Registering for the Lova app is simple: enter your email address, create a password, fill in your basic information, and attach the required documentation.

Registration and opening a Lova account are completely free — with no account maintenance fees.
We accept utility bills (electricity, water, phone), a CIPS certificate, or any document from a government institution that clearly states your name, address, and date (not older than 3 months).
Verification is carried out by our administrators within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM).
The account must be in your name, but it doesn't have to be in BAM currency; it can also be an account you have opened abroad in another currency.
Yes. In the app, under the option “More > Financial Accounts”, you can add multiple bank accounts in your name.

Lova is a digital wallet that allows you to:

You can pay with Lova at designated points of sale throughout BiH.

Deposits made by 1 PM on weekdays are usually posted the same day.
Deposits made after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.
Card deposits are instant.
Withdrawals made by 1 PM on weekdays are processed the same day; those made after 1 PM are processed the next business day. For amounts over 3,000 KM, processing takes 3–5 business days.
On the home page, select “Send,” enter the recipient's email or wallet ID, and the amount you wish to send — the transaction is instant and hassle-free.
Cryptocurrencies
On the home page, select “BCX Services” → “Exchange”, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction.

Yes. Lova, in cooperation with the BCX platform, offers a custody (hot wallet) service – secure storage of your cryptocurrencies directly in the app.
Yes. Registration is also available for legal entities.

Security
Lova uses state-of-the-art encryption, multi-layered protection and device authorization to prevent unauthorized access.
Users also have additional protection methods — biometrics (fingerprint or face) or a PIN code, according to their preferences.
The platform is developed according to fintech security standards, and the protection of the user account remains the responsibility of each user.

Depozitron and vouchers
Depozitron allows cash deposits and withdrawals via gas stations, kiosks, and ATMs.
Deposit: by entering a code you receive from the gambling operator.
Payout: at locations (kiosks, gas stations, stores, etc.) or via Nova Banka ATMs.
Not manually. Payouts are automatically canceled after 24 hours if you don't collect the funds.
Not directly — but after 24 hours, the previous payout is canceled, so you can create a new one. The app automatically suggests the nearest locations if you have GPS enabled.

Yes. In the “Services > Vouchers” section, you can buy an xBon code directly from the app.
Yes. Lova supports top-ups for m:tel, BH Telecom, Eronet and haloo operators.
Yes. Throughout 2025 and 2026, utility bill payments are free.Supported companies: M:tel, Elektroprivreda RS, Vodovod Banja Luka, Vodovod Prnjavor, Eko Toplane.
