Boris Majstorović

Director, Co-founder, and Business Developer

Boris is the founder and director of Digital Money Transfer d.o.o. Banja Luka and one of the pioneers of the fintech industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He began his career in 2009 in the finance sector, and since 2013, he has been leading the brokerage firm "Eurobroker" a.d. Banja Luka. He leveraged his experience in capital markets, blockchain technology, and financial service development to establish the first domestic fintech ecosystem, which includes BCX – Balkan Crypto Exchange and Lova – a digital wallet. As the director of Digital Money Transfer, Boris leads the strategic development of the Lova brand and the creation of a unique digital payment platform in the region. He is an active member of the Management Board of the Banja Luka Stock Exchange a.d. and a participant in numerous conferences and panel discussions on financial innovations. He is married with two children.

Nikola Klak

Deputy Director, Co-founder, and Head of IT Department

Nikola is a co-founder and Deputy Director of Digital Money Transfer, with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and blockchain solution development. He is also the founder and director of Infocom računari d.o.o. and Digital Asset Management d.o.o. Banja Luka – the first fintech company in the Balkans to develop the BCX platform for trading digital assets. His work combines technology and economics, and his expertise in blockchain analytics and digital forensics has made him recognized at regional and international conferences. Nikola is the Vice President of the Association of IT Companies at the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH and a collaborator with state authorities on blockchain transaction analytics. He is married with three children.

Milica Morača

Marketing Manager

She creates and leads marketing strategies for the Lova brand, shaping its brand identity and user communication through digital channels. She is responsible for campaigns, visual identity, and content that make Lova recognizable, modern, and relatable to its users.

Aleksandar Petraš

Programmer

A member of the development team responsible for the stability, performance, and innovation of the Lova application. By developing new features and optimizing the system, they ensure Lova is fast, secure, and reliable at all times.

Tamara Smiljanić

Head of Payment Services, Support, and Education

She leads a team that provides daily customer support and ensures the flawless operation of all payment services. She plays a key role in educating users and developing processes that make the Lova experience simple and secure.

Milan Skočić

Head of Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Analysis

He combines analytics and creativity in developing sales strategies and business plans.
His focus is on brand growth, partner relationships, and expanding Lova services into new markets.

Stevo Ilišković

Programmer

As part of the development team, he works daily on writing clean and efficient code for the Lova application. His focus is on integrating new functionalities and resolving technical challenges, ensuring stable and reliable system operation for all users.

Marija Nikolić

Internal Auditor

As part of the control team, she is responsible for the independent assessment of internal processes and financial flows within the Lova platform. Her focus is on identifying potential shortcomings and improving procedures, ensuring a high level of transparency and operational security.

Bojan Kovačević

Head of Risk & Compliance

As a risk management expert, he works daily to ensure the Lova application complies with current legal and regulatory frameworks. His focus is on monitoring, analyzing, and minimizing operational risks, ensuring the platform operates in a completely secure and legal environment.

Diana Đuraš

Accountant

Within the financial sector, she is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of all Lova company's business transactions. Her focus is on preparing financial reports and monitoring accounting regulations, ensuring financial stability and the proper maintenance of financial records.

Nataša Bajić

Client Relationship Manager

She is responsible for daily communication with users and providing direct support for using the Lova application. Her focus is on understanding client needs and promptly resolving their requests, ensuring a stable and professional user experience.
