Deposit to Lova wallet
You can deposit funds into your Lova e-wallet in multiple ways, so you always have the freedom to choose the payment method that suits you best.
From a Bank Account
You can easily transfer money from your bank account to your Lova wallet via bank transfer. In your Lova KM wallet, generate a deposit request, and then – following the information (instructions) displayed in the request – complete the deposit by visiting a bank or using electronic/mobile banking.
Due to current banking procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina, this deposit method is the most cost-effective but also the slowest. It may take several hours, and sometimes up to one business day (or more, in case of a non-working day), before the funds become available in your Lova wallet.

From a Bank Card
If you wish to speed up the process of transferring funds from your bank to your Lova digital wallet, you have the option to deposit directly from a bank card. In this case, the money transfer happens instantly, subject to applicable fees, making it the most convenient deposit method when you want funds from your bank to quickly appear in your e-wallet so you can immediately proceed with payments and purchases.
Via Lova Top-up
Lova top-ups are electronic top-ups for your Lova KM wallet, performed at our distributors' sales points. All you need for this type of deposit is to visit one of these locations, hand the cashier the cash amount you wish to deposit, and provide them with your Lova KM wallet number. Via Lova Voucher
Lova vouchers are special physical vouchers of various values. Deposits are made by scanning the QR code on the voucher or by entering the code from the voucher into the Lova app. Vouchers are not currently available for purchase; we issue them only on special occasions. So, follow our social media accounts, and you might have the chance to receive a Lova voucher as a gift.
Via xBon
If you possess an xBon, you can transfer the funds equivalent to its value into your Lova KM wallet. Simply select xBon as the payment method in the Lova app and enter the code found on the voucher. After that, your money will be available in Lova, and you can proceed with further transfers, payments, and purchases.

Via Deposit Account
If you have funds in a deposit account with a gambling operator and wish to transfer them to your digital wallet, the process is simple. When withdrawing from the deposit account, select the Lova app as the withdrawal destination. You will receive a code via email. Once you access your Lova KM wallet, initiate a deposit and choose 'deposit account' as the payment method. You will then be prompted to enter the code previously sent to your email, completing the money transfer to your Lova account.
Deposit from BCX KM Wallet
Thanks to the partnership between Lova and BCX, you can deposit funds into your Lova KM wallet directly from your BCX KM wallet, which is linked to your crypto account. All you need to do is select BCX as the payment source and enter the amount you wish to transfer. The funds will be immediately available in your Lova KM wallet, in full, and without any fees.
