With Lova Pay, you can: pay by scanning a QR code, or pay by confirming a payment request using your wallet ID number. Your mobile phone becomes a secure and convenient payment method.

How does payment with Lova Pay work?
Lova Pay offers two simple payment methods, depending on how the merchant processes the transaction.
Payment by scanning a QR code
Open the Lova app- Select the "Scan and Pay" option
- Scan the static or dynamic QR code
- Enter or check the amount
- Confirm payment with one click
The transaction is processed immediately, and you receive real-time confirmation.
Payment by entering your Lova wallet ID number
The transaction is processed immediately, and you receive real-time confirmation.
- The merchant enters your Lova wallet ID
- A push notification with a payment request arrives on your phone
- Confirm or reject the transaction in the app
Payment is processed instantly after your confirmation.
Static and dynamic QR codes - what's the difference?
The static QR code is usually found at the checkout or counter. After scanning, the user enters the amount themselves and confirms the payment.

A dynamic QR code is generated for each transaction. The amount is predefined, and the user only checks and confirms it. Both options enable accurate, fast, and contactless payment.
Where can you use Lova Pay?
Lova Pay is available at designated points of sale and with Lova partners who accept QR and ID payments.
