We would like to inform you that due to public holidays, in accordance with the Law on Public Holidays of Republika Srpska, certain Lova services will be temporarily unavailable 01 May (Thursday), 02 May (Friday), and 09 May (Friday).
The Lova application will be fully functional, and all essential services will be available – including bill payments, voucher purchases, QR payments, and all other application functionalities.
Only the following services will be suspended on these days:
- account verification
- payment approvals (excluding direct card payments)
- withdrawals
All listed services will be reactivated and available to users on the very next business day.
