Dear users,
Please be informed that due to public holidays, in accordance with the Law on Public Holidays of Republika Srpska, certain Lova services will be temporarily unavailable on the following days in January:
- 01 (Thursday),
- 02 (Friday),
- 06 (Tuesday),
- 07 (Wednesday) and
- 09 (Friday) January.
The Lova application will continue to function fully: bill payments, voucher purchases, QR payments, and all other functionalities will be available without interruption.
On the specified days, only the following services will be suspended:
- account verification
- payment approvals (except direct card payments)
- Payments
All mentioned services will resume on the next business day.
