Dear users,
We would like to inform you that due to public holidays, in accordance with the Law on Holidays of Republika Srpska, certain Lova services will be temporarily unavailable on the following days in April:
- 10th (Friday)
- 13th (Monday)
The Lova application will continue to function fully: bill payments, voucher purchases, QR payments, and all other functionalities will be available without interruption.
On the aforementioned days, only the following services will be suspended:
- account verification
- approval of payments (excluding direct card payments)
- withdrawals
All aforementioned services will be reactivated on the next business day.
