Please be advised that due to the holiday, in accordance with the Law on Holidays of Republika Srpska, certain Lova services will be temporarily unavailable on Friday, November 21st.
The Lova app will continue to function fully: bill payments, voucher purchases, QR payments, and all other functionalities will be available without interruption.
On that day, only the following services will be suspended:
- account verification
- payment approvals (excluding direct card payments)
- payouts
All listed services will be reactivated on the next business day.
