The end of 2023, a successful year for us, is approaching, and it's time to summarize all the new services we've added to our Lova platform during this year. The Lova app has been around for two and a half years now, and we all know it was created in collaboration with BCX, the first and largest crypto platform in BiH, making cryptocurrency trading possible from the very beginning. In addition to crypto services, Lova offers a wide range of other services that our users are already accustomed to, such as purchasing various top-ups and vouchers, sending money, paying by scanning a QR code, and as of this year, paying for parking and utility bills. In the rest of the article, we will write more about the services added this year, as well as some new features on the platform itself, so let's scroll down.
1. Completely New Lova App Design
In April, we completely refreshed the design of our Lova app to enhance the user experience. The app underwent a refreshing transformation, gaining a contemporary and modern design. Additionally, its functionalities have been thoroughly improved and optimized. With this updated look, the app not only follows the latest trends but also provides users with a pleasant experience exploring and utilizing its enhanced capabilities.

2. Lova Launched for iOS Users
Due to the large number of requests we received from iOS users, we decided to expand the availability of the Lova app to App Store, also in April of this year. Until then, the app was exclusively available via the Google Play Store, but since April, it can also be downloaded from the App Store, making it accessible to all iOS users. The app is called Lova Pay on the App Store and is limited to the Bosnia and Herzegovina region. If you have selected a different region, the Lova Pay app might not be visible in App Store search results. If you cannot find it, you simply need to change your region as follows: Settings > Media and Purchases > View Account > Country/Region > Change Country or Region > Select Bosnia and Herzegovina. After that, the app will be available for download.
3. Paying for Parking with Lova
Since September, we have also added the service of paying for parking with Lova. Currently, parking payment is available to all residents in the areas of Prnjavor, Srbac, Bileća, Kozarska Dubica, Brod, Derventa, Laktaši, and Mrkonjić Grad, and we will gradually add other cities in BiH. The introduction of the innovative parking payment service and the general expansion of services within the Lova platform aim to integrate diverse services into a simple application, with the intention of facilitating the daily activities of modern individuals. This initiative demonstrates the Lova platform's commitment to providing comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of a contemporary lifestyle, enabling users to perform various activities through one simple and intuitive application.
4. Paying Utility Bills
In the age of digitalization, where we encounter new technologies daily, the Lova app is proud to present a practical service that will simplify everyday tasks – paying utility bills. This new functionality offers numerous advantages, such as avoiding bank queues, easy payment by scanning in a few clicks, and even cryptocurrency payments. So, since October, with Lova, you can pay bills for electricity, phone, and water. The companies you can pay are: Elektroprivreda RS, m:tel, and Vodovod A.D. Banja Luka, and their number will certainly increase over time.

5. Topping Up KM Wallet with xBon
Also, you recently gained the ability to top up your digital KM wallet via xBon at over 6500 locations across Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Republika Srpska and the Federation. You can easily find the exact locations to purchase this voucher within the Lova app itself, by selecting the "Deposit" option from the home page or by clicking on this link. It's worth noting that xBon is not the only option – you can also top up your Lova account at over 4500 locations in Republika Srpska, and with xBon, it's now possible to top up your Lova KM wallet within the Federation as well. In addition to top-ups and vouchers, there are also standard deposit methods via bank, PayPal, and depositrons, where you can top up your Lova KM wallet by cashing out at gambling operators, which is further explained under heading number 7 of this article.
6. Adding ETH 2.0 Savings and Savings Wallets
With the launch of Lova on the App Store and the app's redesign, ETH 2.0 savings and savings wallet services have been added. By using the savings services, you can earn passive income based on interest, which can be up to 6%. Specifically, in cooperation with BCX, the largest crypto exchange in Bosnia and Herzegovina, you have the option to create savings wallets where you deposit your desired amount, and interest is calculated every 24 hours.
7. Lova Depositron as a Payment Method
Since May, another new service has been introduced, specifically a payment method for the Lova KM wallet – payment via Depositron. To deposit money this way, you need to enter a specific code. You would have received this code previously when cashing out from certain lottery or gambling operators. So, you cashed out your winnings, and chose the Lova app, lova.ba, as your payout method. After that, a payout code is generated and sent to your email, which you will then enter into the Lova Depositron payment. You can watch a video tutorial, which explains the entire process in detail, at this link.
8. Lova Top-ups: Novotel Network
Also, since November of this year, the option to top up Novotel prepaid numbers using the Lova app has become available. So, in addition to m:tel, BH Telecom, Eronet, and Haloo networks, the Lova app now offers the option to top up Novotel numbers. This means you can now top up numbers from the Novotel network via Lova top-up. This feature expands your options, making the Lova app even more versatile for managing your communications.
9. Lova Vouchers: BinBin Scooters
In November, we also enabled the purchase of vouchers for BinBin scooters through the Lova app. Given that autumn was warm and dry, scooter riding was possible until December.

Scooters have certainly become very popular recently, and they definitely fit into the daily life of modern individuals who want to avoid city traffic and get from point A to point B as quickly as possible, without polluting the environment or arriving sweaty and out of breath to a business meeting or casual gathering.
10. Maximum Payout via Lova Depositron: 500 KM, instead of 200
Since April, the daily limit for payouts via Lova Depositron has been raised. Until then, it was 200 KM, and from April, it was increased to 500 KM. You can find locations for payouts via Lova Depositron at this link. In addition to this payout method, remember that you can also withdraw your KM funds to the bank account you registered on the Lova app, as well as to your PayPal account, which must be linked to the same email you used to register on the Lova platform.
11. New Places Where You Can Pay with Lova
A service that has been available since the very beginning of the Lova app's operation is the service of paying by scanning a QR code. So, instead of paying with cash or credit cards, with the Lova app, all you need is your phone handy to pay the bill you receive by simply scanning the code shown to you by the vendor in a store. It's important to note that payment can be made with both KM and your crypto wallet, where cryptocurrencies are automatically converted to KM, and the vendor receives KM currency. You can view a list of all places that accept Lova payments at this link, and some of the new locations where this payment method is available as of this year include: Autokaroserija s.p. - Knjaza Miloša 59, Banja Luka; Energomont d.o.o.
